Utkin would be a good example, I'm mostly talking about prewar Wagner, much like Azov they have been annihilated. To claim that they now have the same constitution that they did in 2019 is just false. At least prewar and leading into the early part of the war Wagner had some NS guys in it, I'm sure most have been killed in action or recycled out after the putsch.

Uhhhhhh Azov Battalion just went to a Brigade and by pretty much every source I can find is only expanding so its kind of ridiculous to do this "both-sideism" saying that they've been annihilated like Wagner whose leader was literally shot out of the sky

Having amnesia about Mariupol? Their regimental headquarters was destroyed, they were enveloped and taken captive, once again what I am saying is the Prewar constitution of the force is not the same as the current constitution, completely different people.

Mariupol was 3 years ago lol, and even the claim about "different people" doesn't really hold up since a lot of them taken captive, especially higher ups were given back to Ukraine by Turkiye. Again, there's no evidence to go against the observation that they are growing in size and skill, bringing up a years old siege isn't very relevant in this situation
